Agua Guru Shipping Returns

We provide a 30 Days no questions ask money back guarantee.  If you are at all unhappy with the system, simply contact our customer support and ship the items boxed back to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping.

The items must be returned to us with all original contents and packaging.  The customer also must get an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prior approval prior to returning.

Once we get the system without damages, we will submit the full refund minus our original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.

Agua Guru LLC reserves the right to not accept returns after 30 days of the ship date.

If you are the original purchaser of the Product and you are not satisfied with this Product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within ninety (30) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund minus our original shipping charges and 20% restocking fee if product was installed or otherwise compromised.
